There is no restoration unless indicated; – Should you be unable to attend the auction, absentee bids can be executed through special arrangement; – Bidding increments:

Alternatively, once paid for in full, traceable Domestic Priority Mail will cost (USD) $30 and traceable international Priority Mail (USD) $75 + any taxes or import fees. While great care will be taken with your shipment, you are responsible for loss or damage liability; – If as a successful bidder you fail to provide payment within 10 (ten) days, you will forfeit all rights to the property bought and you agree to pay a forfeiture fee of 12.5% of your bid. If you fail to make this payment within 10 (ten) additional days, you will be further assessed an additional 5% per annum interest rate as well as any costs associated with the collection of the aforementioned payments due; – This transaction is to be governed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Arizona.
